All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking details to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we partner with reliable carriers, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse.

For added peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. This service covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you purchase Shipping Protection, our team will work with you to quickly replace or refund your order according to the coverage terms.

If you did not purchase Shipping Protection and an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
